Mi-Glow® WCP is a specially formulated

Mi-Glow® WCP white contrast paint is a specially formulated fast drying opaque non-reflective white contrast paint, used to create a consistent high contrast background on the inspection surface in a wet method nonfluorescent (visible) magnetic particle inspection. Mi-Glow® WCP quickly dries prior to magnetic particle testing providing a high probability of detection while increasing inspection time.  The bright white, opaque appearance and strong adhesion provides a reliable contrast when using Mi-Glow® 106, CircleSafe® 820a wet method magnetic particles or Sir-Chem® dry method powders 63, 66, 68, and Black.   Mi-Glow® WCP utilizes an ergonomic spray nozzle that helps reduce hand and finger fatigue during long term use.  Special consideration has been made to select an optimal performing spray nozzle providing a smooth and consistent background without runs, bubbles, and poor paint coverage during white contrast paint application.  To offer complete traceability of the Mi-Glow® WCP the bottom of each can is labeled with batch number, can number, date of manufacture, and expiration date.  Batch certificates are available for download from by entering the batch number into the certificate code search box. Mi-Glow® WCP can be used with any of the Mi-Glow®, CircleSafe®, and Sir-Chem® visible magnetic particle materials.
