Description

Mi-Glow® 800L is a pre-proportioned combination of Mi-Glow® 800 fluorescent yellow-green particles and CircleSol M™

Mi-Glow® 800L uses or latest generation Mi Glow® 800 particles which have exceptional sensitivity, uniform size, and ideal magnetic characteristics for fluorescent magnetic particle inspection. Mi-Glow® 800L is a fluorescent yellow/green powder premixed with our petroleum carrier fluid CircleSol M packaged in a convenient 5 gallon container at a certified concentration of .2mL. CircleSol M ensures excellent particle mobility and surface coverage to allow for a reliable magnetic particle inspection. Mi Glow® 800L is designed to be used with UV-A light to detect discontinuities typically found in the NDT of forgings, castings, welds, and piping.

It is designed to be used with black light to detect very fine discontinuities in finished products.

Advantages

Provides total particle encapsulation, eliminating free unbonded pigment, resulting in a low background, high performing magnetic particle inspection powder

Sensitivity – The superior Mi Glow 800 particles have larger surface areas which mean smaller sized particles with increased sensitivity and brightness

Item # / Package Size

#3143 – 5 gallons/pail
